When you submit the enquiry form on our contact page, we collect the details you enter: your name, company, email address, phone number, the service you are interested in, your indicated budget, and your message.

You choose what to send. Name, email address and message are required for us to reply; everything else is optional and the form works without it.

We use Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to understand how many people visit the site, which pages they read, and how quickly those pages load for them.

These two tools do not set cookies and do not build a profile of you. They record aggregated page views and performance measurements, not identifiable individuals. The advertising pixel described in the next section is different, and is the reason this page no longer says the site does no tracking at all.

This site carries an advertising pixel from OpenAI. It records that a visit or an enquiry happened so we can tell which of our adverts are working, and it may use cookies or similar storage in your browser to do that.

When you send us an enquiry, our server also tells OpenAI that a conversion occurred. That message contains an event identifier, a timestamp and the page address only. It does not contain your name, email address, phone number or the contents of your message — those go only where the section above describes.

We also store a small cookie of our own, named tm_attr, which records how you first reached this site — the advert or link you arrived from, the page you landed on, and the date. It exists so that when an enquiry arrives we can tell which advert produced it. It holds no name, email or any other detail about you, it is never sent to another company, and it expires after 90 days.

You can stop all of this by using your browser’s tracking protection or an ad blocker, by clearing cookies for this site, or by turning off ad personalisation in your OpenAI account settings if you have one.

Some pages offer a chat assistant that answers general questions about our services. Messages you type into it are sent to Anthropic, which provides the underlying language model, so that a reply can be generated.

Please do not enter confidential or sensitive personal information into the assistant. If you want to discuss something confidential, email or call us instead and we will handle it properly, including under an NDA if you would like one.

We use the information you send us to:

• reply to your enquiry and discuss the work you are proposing;
• prepare proposals, quotes and scopes of work;
• keep a record of our correspondence with you; and
• improve how this website performs.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use enquiry details for unrelated marketing.

We share information only with the service providers that make this site and our correspondence work:

• Vercel — hosts the website and provides the analytics described above.
• Google — enquiry form submissions are delivered to our team by email and recorded in a Google Sheet.
• Anthropic — processes messages sent to the site assistant.
• OpenAI — receives the advertising and conversion signals described above.

These providers process data on our behalf. We may also disclose information where we are required to do so by law.

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as we may reasonably need it for the relationship it relates to, and for our own business records afterwards. If you ask us to delete your enquiry, we will, unless we are required to retain it.

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@trifidmedia.ae and we will respond.

This site links to other websites, including our social media profiles. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, and this policy does not cover them.

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and change the date at the top of it.
